Development Opportunities
Joe Jennings Bookmakers are actively looking to open new branches in suitable locations in major towns and cities throughout the UK. If you feel there is a need for one of our Shops in your locality or if you are a landlord or an agent with a suitable premises then please contact our Development Manager at info@joejennings.co.uk.
Suitable properties include:
Major retail locations within primary frontage city centre locations
Prominent secondary locations with high levels of footfall
Local parades and precincts with high visitation rates from dense local housing
We are also happy to consider:
- Basement accommodation with prominent street level access
- Sub-Letting opportunities
- Split premises opportunities with existing businesses or vacant units
Premises with A2 Planning Permission (typically Banks, Building Societies, Estate Agents or Employment Agencies) are required. However Joe Jennings Bookmakers will undertake a Change of Use assessment at suitable locations at our own expense.
A minimum of 600 sq ft will be required.
