Manchester City lead the way into 2022 after an impressive run of results, winning the last 5 in the Premier League, scoring an impressive 21 goals to go 6 points clear.

No sooner is one round of Premier League fixtures over than another begins, with several teams in action on Tuesday only 48 hours after their Boxing Day escapades.
In theory, the league season has now reached its halfway point, though Covid disruption means only four teams have actually fulfilled their intended 19 games so far.

January promises to be a busy month for teams in the transfer market, Newcastle and West Ham have had fresh investment so the fans expect reinforcements. Will Antonio Conte bring in some fresh faces in his first transfer market at Tottenham
Will Pep or Jurgen look to tweak the winning formulas that have served Manchester City and Liverpool well so far this season? Who leaves Manchester United to start the Ralf Rangnick "gegenpressing" revolution?
