Best Odds Guaranteed

Take an early price on any horse in any UK or Irish race, by telephone or Telegram, and if the Starting Price (SP) turns out bigger, we’ll pay you out at the bigger odds. You never lose out if your horse goes off at a longer price than the one you took — so a bet with Joe Jennings is a bet with confidence. Verified accounts also qualify for all our other Offers and Concessions, including 5% Cashback, Enhanced Place Races and Enhanced Price Boosts.

Best Odds Guaranteed applies to UK and Irish horse racing via our Telephone and Telegram service. It does not apply to free bets, and Enhanced Prices (such as our Price Boost Doubles and Trebles) are not subject to Best Odds Guaranteed.

5% Monthly Cashback

Get 5% of your net monthly losses back as withdrawable cash. Cashback runs per calendar month and is available to all Joe Jennings Telebet customers, provided a minimum of 10 bets are wagered within the calendar period and the account has lost a minimum of £200.

Net losses are calculated by subtracting your total cash returns from your total cash stakes during the qualifying month. For example, if you stake £1,000 and your returns are £500, that’s a net loss of £500 — giving you £25 cashback. The minimum amount credited is £10, and qualifying customers receive their cashback within 24 hours. Only fully verified customers qualify, and only settled bets count.

Risk Free New Account Offer

New customers can place their first bet risk free, up to £25. If it loses, we’ll refund your stake as a free bet. The qualifying bet must be at Evens (2.0) or greater. Best Odds Guaranteed does not apply to the free bet, and the free bet stake is not included in returns. New customers only, telephone and Telegram betting only. Joe Jennings reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.

Double The Odds — One Winner

Available on Lucky 15, Lucky 31 and Lucky 63 bets only. Back a Lucky 15, 31 or 63 and land just one winner? We pay double the odds on that winning selection. Applies to bets consisting of horse and/or greyhound selections only (not football, sports, numbers or any other bet type), and to the win part of the bet only. Not paid on any bet including an ante-post selection or a non-runner. UK and Ireland racing only.

First Past the Post & Official Result

We pay out on both the First Past the Post result and the Official Result on all win and each-way singles and multiples on UK and Ireland horse racing. If your horse is disqualified, settlement follows the Official Result only — First Past the Post payouts do not apply to disqualified selections.

Rule 4

If a Rule 4 deduction is applied to the price you took but your returns would have been higher at the SP, we’ll pay you at the SP instead.

2Up — Two Goals Ahead, Paid As A Winner

If your selected team goes two or more goals ahead at any stage of the match, we’ll settle your bet as a winner there and then — regardless of the final result. Available on singles and multiples across the major European leagues, including the Premier League, Championship, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga and more.

You must request the 2Up market before placing your bet — standard Match Betting bets do not qualify. Applies to the ‘90 Minute Match Result’ market only.
