Faller Insurance - Applies to real money singles win/ew from £5.00 or £5.00 ew (Max Stake £25) from Saturday 23rd October.
Pulling Up - If your horse pulls up with jockey still seated then you will not get your money back.
Other Non-Finishing Reasons - If your horse fails to finish for any reason other than falling, unseating or being brought down then you will not qualify for the refund.
Each-Way - You will only be refunded on win singles or the win part of each way bets. Place bets, tote bets and other will not be included in the promotion. Bets on Win-only or other special markets will also not be counted.
Stewards Decision - This is final and binding.
Refund - Refunds will be awarded as a free bet up to a maximum of £25.00 per day. One free bet per customer per day. Customers must call or message to claim their free bet within 7 days and must wager their free bet in one go.
Ante-Post - These bets will not qualify for this promotion, only bets placed from 9am on the day of the race.
In conjunction - This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Disqualification - If your horse is disqualified then you will not be paid out, either if it wins or a refund if it falls.
