Managing your Financial Limits
You can set, review or reduce your own financial limits at any time by contacting us during opening hours via telephone on 08085 521 421 or by sending us a message.
You can also ask to set or reduce a limit during any interaction with us, including when making a deposit or placing a bet via telephone or messaging service.
The amount of any customer-set financial limit must be your own choice. Our team will not suggest an amount for you.

Reducing a limit
If you ask us to reduce one of your financial limits, we will apply the reduction immediately unless a system or technical issue prevents us from doing so. If that happens, we will tell you when the new limit will take effect.
Increasing a limit
Requests to increase a customer-set financial limit must be made in writing to compliance@joejennings.co.uk.
An increase could be subject to a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
Once the cooling-off period has ended, the increase will not take effect automatically. You must contact us again and positively confirm that you still want the increase.
